Our Fries are Gluten Free! We only use our vegetable oil to cook fries, no risk of any cross contamination. Infact, everything on our menu is Gluten Free EXCEPT our Worcestershire Mayo and Unagi Sauce. Note: Worcestershire sauce and Unagi are labeled as Gluten Free, but are made in a facility where gluten products are produced. 

Our Fries are Vegan! Big island has a very large vegan community, this is why we use vegetable oil to cook with.  While we know that our homemade mayo sauces are not vegan, we do have options for you!
